Anita & I have run 4 times in 2 weeks. Not far, not fast, but we've moved without benefit of a machine.

When's Ironman Texas?

I call exercise "movement without destination." It blows. If I'm running a few miles, shouldn't it be on the way ... to an ice cream shop? Right?

I just read this. You are right, of course, ice cream is critical to making a run successful.
